The Finance and Accounts Manager provides leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting department. The strategic recommendations are vital to the President and members of the executive management team.
The responsibilities include;

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of financial reporting.
- Financial risk management by analysing the organisation’s liabilities and investments.
- Making decisions on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Controlling and evaluating the organisation’s fundraising plans and capital structure, as well as ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organisation’s operations.
- Supervising all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers, etc.) and managing vendor relationships.
- Advises the President/Vice President on long-term business and financial planning.
