Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Department provides administrative and support services to all offices and departments of Nile SLC. The Manager of Human Resource roles and responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining a centralised employment office includes accepting employment request from all offices and departments of Nile SLC, recruiting and screening applicants for vacant positions, referring qualified applicants to the hiring department, reviewing selection procedures used by departments prior to hiring approval.
  • Formation of new or revised policies and/or procedures within the scope of existing statutes and regulations.
  • Assists with the equal employment efforts outlined in the Nile SLC’s Equal Opportunity Program, as well as strives to maintain good staff management relationships and promote a problem-solving work environment.
  • Development and maintenance of a centralised personnel records file, as well as the developing and conducting training programs for the improvement of job performance of managers, supervisors and employees.
  • Administering Nile SLC Group Insurance and Retirement Program.

The Administration and General Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, supply centre, fleet management and construction contract services.

The Admin manager’s responsibilities include;

  • Provides administrative and management leadership in the development, use, maintenance, and operation of the physical environment of the company.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and capital expenditure items
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the President.
