The department of Engineering and Projects is responsible for the management of all Nile SLC engineering operations including oilfields service contracts and project development.

Engineering and Projects Manager
The General Manager of Engineering and Project’s role include the following responsibilities;
- Preparing designed basis scoping paper in consultation with in-house engineering team.
- Responsible for managing and controlling any project contract including schedule, costs, and changing order, as well as providing periodical reports of the projects.
- Developing and controlling projects execution with the view of achieving project goals and objectives.
- Development of quality management plan, materials plan, equipment fabrication plan, subcontractor management plan, schedule control plan, and change management plan.
