Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) manager is an occupational health and safety specialists, corporate safety director, environmental protection officer or safety consultant. He prevents and eliminates injury and illness to employees and assists Nile SLC to comply with safety laws.
Health Safety & Environment Manager
The department’s role includes;
- Inspects workplaces, and minimizes or eliminates hazards from processes, such as incorrect working methods, and materials, such as potentially toxic chemicals.
- Inspects and evaluates the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with company safety regulations and industry standards.

- Protect the employees, customers and the environment. He/she identifies potentially hazardous biological, chemical and radiological materials and collects samples of them for analysis.
- Recommends changes to protect workers, and educates employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs.
- Investigates accidents to identify their causes and finds ways to prevent them in the future.
