The Manager is responsible for taking lead in the deployment of strategic supply chain levers and techniques. He is also responsible for monitoring oil products supply markets and trends, as well as interpreting the impact of these trends on the business unit strategy.

• Identification of critical resources required supporting business unit market reach, particularly in key performance areas.
• Responsible for developing oil products supply options and contingency plans that support the business unit plans.
• Taking the lead in the implementation of oil products procurement and sourcing strategies by liaising with regional supply partners.
• Ensures that supply chain competitive terms are monitored; contractual records and compliance are maintained.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the process of oil products sourcing, evaluation, selection, and contracting of suppliers.
• Responsible for fostering and managing key suppliers’ relationships to create short- and long-term value for the company
• Identifies and manages risks within the supply chain, as well as reviews proposal, tenders or quotations and provides recommendations to procurement committee.
