The President reports to and is responsible to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Within the policies and regulations of the Board of Directors, and under the supervision and direction of the Chairperson.

• The President has general authority and responsibility for the administration of Nile SLC.
•  The President designates a Vice President to act for him/her in his absence from the company.
