Vice President
The Vice President is the chief administrative officer of the company. He reports directly to the President and exercises broad leadership and administrative responsibilities over the administration of all departments, and personnel issues.
The Vice President is responsible for all the following departments;
- Engineering and Projects, Supply and Services, Human Resource, Finance and Accounts, Administration and General Services, Health, Safety and Environment, and Business Development.
- Planning, development, evaluation, policy initiation and implementation, and budget administration for all technical departments and support services.
- The VP assumes such other duties and responsibilities assigned by the President.
